I want to know if i take an ativan/lorazepam if it's alright to exercise?.? - i love ativan
I began taking ativan for anxiety and that seems to help most, and I do not really tired. I wonder if can get some exercise. I love sailing and do not cause problems if I take a pill to try and surf. Has anyone iFormation that will help me to make sure things wil will be ok?

I am a little confused as to why it should be an Ativan and then want to surf, if you want to talk to navigate in water?
What do I navigate to their ability and to be concerned as to why this drug was in his system. Even if you do not have dreams, not how it affects their reaction time or something you need to navigate to Why? If you go to surf .... They really an Ativan? If so, navigation may be too much for you. I think if someone like the activity does not need medication to do so. What does that mean?
