2 days after oral sex I woke up with white blisters on the back of the neck, which are very painful. I fear that this could be herpes, but I have no idea if it is known to cause herpes. I do not know if I am only worying much and only streptococci or not. What do you think. I've never had either.

Two days it is very unlikely that herpes is prohibited without prior exposure. Herpes is longer than that for the incubation.
Sounds like streptococci. The white bumps are a good indicator. In any case, you do not see a doctor. Even if it is "fair" STREP can go very bad if left untreated. It can spread to other parts of your body and can cause much worse.
It may be STREP, or sexually transmitted diseases, or both. Go to the doctor because you need antibiotics. You also need to be honest with your doctor and let the disease screening. If you can, therefore, deals with an STD, below. Do not hesitate to go to the doctor, this does not mean simply "disappear". Good luck to you.
